Make a List and Check it Twice

It's easy to get frustrated when attempting to purchase your first home. It would really be great to find the home you like, make an offer and close the deal. But that is so NOT the case. Finding a home you love is very difficult, so I often suggest to my buyers to write down their must haves, their would be nice to haves and their oh that's such a plus to have. Creating this list will narrow down the options for not only the buyer but the agent as well. It does not matter how long you have known your agent, buying your first home and what you see as the perfect home is difficult without this simple list.
